Your voice matters in every election—including local races like school board! Here’s how to make sure your vote counts.

🗓 Key Deadlines for the 2025 General Election (Washington State)

  • July 18 — Start of the 18-day voting period (through Election Day). Ballots are mailed out and Accessible Voting Units (AVUs) are available at voting centers.

  • July 28 — Online and mail registrations must be received 8 days before Election Day.

  • August 5 — Deadline for Washington State voter registration or updates (in person only).

  • August 5 — Special Election

  • October 7, 2025 — Deadline for online, by mail, or in person voter registration updates.

  • October 17, 2025 — Ballots mailed to voters. Start watching your mailbox!

  • October 28, 2025 — Last day to register or update your information online or by mail.

  • November 4, 2025Election Day

    • Ballots must be postmarked by November 4 or returned to an official drop box by 8 PM.
